CANCELLATION, SUBSTITUTION & REFUND POLICY: For attendee refunds or downgrades, send written notice to MMPI via fax 877.906.2124 no later than March 3, 2010. For requests received by March 3, 2010, your registration fee (or the difference in fees) will be refunded, less a 20% handling charge; No credits are given for late notices or no shows. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received by March 3, 2010. MMPI reserves the right to rescind any registration, and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee.
