Gail L Daniels is an executive coach and facilitator with kesa; an Alberta based organizational development company. She is a highly skilled facilitator who holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology. Gail brings over twenty years experience in leadership and education to kesa, specializing in Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
Gail’s ability to assess needs and provide services specifically tailored to meet those needs keeps her in high demand. She has developed unique programs focusing on leadership development, communication skills, generational considerations and conflict resolution. Her work has been recognized by the International Congress on Criminal Justice.
Gail is committed is to providing service to others that has a profound impact. Her coaching has proven to accelerate personal, professional and organizational success. She is highly regarded as an authentic, generous person who works with the utmost integrity.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Gail cherishes the time she spends with her husband and two daughters. She actively supports her daughters in equestrian competitions and varsity basketball. When she’s not at the barn or in the gym, you can find Gail out on the golf course with her husband.
Gail is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (CAPC) and an active member of the Human Resources Association of Calgary (HRAC). Gail volunteers with Centre Point, addressing succession planning in non-profit organizations through coaching.
