1. What are the tradeshow & conference dates and times?

2. Where is the tradeshow & conference located?

All functions are held in Edmonton Expo Centre at Northlands. Registration is located outside Exhibit Hall H near one of the main entrances. The exhibits are located in Hall H and seminars are in the ballroom area.

3. If I sign up for a seminar, is there an additional charge for the tradeshow?

No, the cost of the seminar includes free admission to the tradeshow.

4. Do the seminar prices include tax?

No, tax is separate and is not included in the cost of seminars. GST# 12592 5289 RT0003

5. Why are there two different prices for all the seminars?

This is to encourage delegates to register early and save money.

6. Is there a student rate?

7. Can I register by phone?

No. You must register by fax, mail or via the website.

8. Can I attend more than one seminar?

Yes. We have set the program up so that you may take as many sessions as you would like.

9. Will there be food service at BUILDEX?

There will be food and beverage service available at several areas on the tradeshow floor.

10. How do I pay by cheque?

Mail your payment along with a copy of your registration form to the address on the registration form.

11. How do I pay by credit card?

Register online, or fax in a copy of your registration with your credit card information, including name, number and expiry.

12. How do I get to BUILDEX?

Check the Directions/Parking page.

13. When can I expect my delegate badge?

If you register before the Early Bird Deadline, you will receive your badge in the mail approximately one week before the show. All badges are mailed at the same time.

14. What if I don't receive my badge?

Don't worry - if you have PRE registered, check in at the registration desk. We would be happy to print a badge for you.

15. If I don't pre-register, will there be a charge to attend?

Yes. The on-site charge will be $25 to enter the tradeshow.

16. Can I register for seminars at the door / on-site?

Yes, however you will have to pay the on-site registration fee and a seat for seminars cannot be guaranteed.

17. Can I bring my child?

No children under the age of 16 are permitted on the tradeshow floor for insurance purposes.
